GIANT PANDA
GIANT PANDA
The animal
in this photo is a Giant Panda or ``black and white cat-foot´´. Is a type of a
bear. Here it is eating Bamboo.
Giants
Pandas live in mountains ranges in the south central of China. They are
solitary animals and they’re carnivorous. Pandas are aggressive and they
usually eat Bamboos, gentians, irises of mountain or crocus… sometimes they eat
small rodents, fish, eggs, insects, meat of birds, carrions, fruits and honey.
Females have two or three calf.
Giants
Pandas are in the ``red list´´ of animals in danger, the disappearance of his
natural habitat with the felling thousands of hectares of forests of bamboo,
his natural food; and the extreme difficulty that has this species to reproduce
in captivity, basically for coyness. Also one owes poachers.
